Are you completing a training course and developing a course as part of it?
This lesson from the Canvas Student Guide explains how students submit assignments in Canvas: How do I submit an online assignment? Even though you are a teacher for your courses, you are likely enrolled as a student in the training course. If you're a teacher in the training course, then you won't be able to submit anything.
We have a training course for faculty at my institution. We have to complete it and build a course before we get access to our real course with students. In that training, we didn't have to submit every URL, we built the course and then the instructor checked through the entire thing.
It may be similar or different at Solano. We don't know. You asked this question in a global community of users of the Canvas learning management system (the software). We do not have access to your institution to know the details of assignments within a course there.
You may need to reach out to the teacher of the course for more information. Through a Google search, I did find an Instructional Resources for Faculty page at Solano that mentions a Zoom Room that you can log into to get live assistance with Canvas. They may be able to help as well.
