How do you measure the ROI of your learning programs, and what metrics are most important to you?

According to my instructor, the metrics are based on completion rather than comprehension regarding how the school calculates the ROI, I am not sure and will ask how exactly the return on investment is. All I remember is the ROI calculation taught in my PMP credential, regarding hospital beds.

If you are interested, I can send an email to my instructor for some more insight into this. I am a little interested in how metrics are used in this new educational phenomenon as well.
