Allowing Course Renaming Per Subaccount

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone knows whether this is possible. There is a checkbox in the settings of the root account that states "Don't let teachers rename their courses". We have this currently checked, because we do want to maintain a consistent naming standard in our live roster courses to prevent student confusion.

However, we really would like to allow instructors to rename courses within a specific subaccount that we use for manually-created instructor "content courses" that never have student enrollments. Otherwise, instructors have to contact us whenever they want to customize these course names.

Is there a way to grant this permission within subaccounts?
