ILP Integration

We are currently testing ILP in Canvas, within the test instances on both ends. We have been able to successfully run batch jobs, however, we can't seem to get it to turn "on" for automatic changes.

Has anyone else run into this issue before? We have tried removing and reintegrating on both ends, but that didn't work. We are subscribed to all recommended features on the ellucian side.

ILP was also running live in our production instance of Canvas from when it was tested three years ago. (I'm new in my role) No one thought it was turned on, but it would occasionally make changes in the background, for instance dropping the domain from user's login, which locked them out, and recently it deleted user's SIS ID. It has to be ILP doing it as nothing else could be making those changes.

Has anyone else experienced these types of issues?
