Error adding badges from Moodle

Hello everyone.
We are having problems adding badges to the backpack.
I have already performed this action several times, and recently following the same steps as always, it throws an error.
I have tried both options: enter the link or upload the image. I was unsuccessful with both.
We need this to work correctly as it has been doing.
