Error importing our Baked Badge image but successful when using json metadata text at badgr.com

Baked image was validated by https://badgecheck.io/ and https://openbadgesvalidator.imsglobal.org. I also able to import the same metadata embedded on baked image and was successfully imported on badgr.com using its text json. error appears when importing as badge image says unknown badge with error of contact support.  I have attached baked image.
