New Additions to the Data & Insights Dashboard Out Now!

We’ve rolled out two updates that make the Data & Insights Dashboard even more useful and actionable for leaders and administrators:

• A new Learner Support Widget

• Course-Level Time Spent data

Learner Support Widget

This new dashboard widget is for leaders and administrators that want to provide a personalized level of support for their learners without having to spend time sifting through reports or course data. 

• Learners are flagged on the dashboard with a clear reason why they may need support.
• You can take action immediately, reaching out to a learner right from the widget.
• Settings can be adjusted to fine-tune sensitivity, ensuring you’re prompted to check in with the right learners at the right time.

In addition to the top flagged learners, an expanded view is available with a full list of learners, plus the ability to take individual or bulk actions.

Course-Level Time Spent

The Time Spent widget on the dashboard can now be viewed at the course level, meaning leaders and administrators can see the total and average time spent by a learner for both the platform and by course.
