Dear Canvas/Catalog Community;
Seeking some guidance and help trying to recover from the prior upgrade.
1.) Our logo has gone missing. Top left. How do I affect this? I have the logo and thought if i dropped it into the Logo box under the Customization tab, all would be well, but it's not affecting the change? What am I doing wrong? I also need to re-create our Enrollment Certificates but one thing at a time.
Thanks and be blessed.
Scott
Here is an article that might help: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-17485-26051257306
Jessica;
Thank you for the help! I've been through that document and am trying to upload my logo into the Logo Upload Box but it's not affecting the logo in the top left? Am I in the correct spot? I've also confirmed the logo meets the requirements.
It's the Header image.
Jessica;
Good morning and I hope you had a great weekend. I'm still having no luck
loading our Logo into Canvas under "Header". Not sure what is going on but
when I inspected the code, I found these errors.
fidesformation.com/cdu-seal.jpg:1 Failed to load resource: the server
responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
fidesformation.com/themes.jpg:1 Failed to load resource: the server

Any ideas?
Thanks
Scott

I honestly have no clue. I would recommend talking to support and your CSM about this.
Do you happen to have any JS customization that replaces these images after the page loads?
When I visit your page, it says it is attempting to grab the image from: http://cdu.onfiremedia.com/cdu-seal.jpg , which is not a valid image path
My Catalog instance grabs the logo image from Canvas' servers at: https://catalog-prod-s3-gallerys3-skf57zr7pimb.s3.amazonaws.com/production/header_images/34211c6a9c7... , which is what I expected for your instance - however it is looking at onfiremedia.com for the image for some reason
