In this Catalog release, the student dashboard provides access to student transcripts, and listings support decimal values in course credit fields.

Student Dashboard

Student Transcript

Students who have an active Catalog registration can view a PDF transcript of all current and completed programs and courses as shown in the Student Dashboard. of all current and completed programs and courses.

Accessed as a button in the Student Dashboard, the PDF transcript matches the program and course outline shown in the dashboard, as well as credits earned or credits available to earn when an enrollment is completed. Programs count as one item; no course requirements are included in the total enrollment count. If an enrolled date is not set, the course has not been started or the enrollment date is unavailable.

Listings

Credit Decimal Values

When adding course credit for a listing, the credit field supports decimal values (e.g., 3.25 or 3.5 credits).

APIs

The Catalog API Documentation can be accessed from the Catalog Admin dashboard.

Programs API

When getting a specific program, the Programs API credits parameter has been updated as a decimal type. This change supports decimal values that may be included as part of a course credit value.

Catalog Search

Listing Count

When a user searches for listings or uses the refine filter, catalog displays the number of listings returned with the search.
