In this Catalog release (July 4), users can use the Bulk Purchase and Enrollment feature to purchase multiple seats within one listing.
Catalog release notes indicate features and updates that are currently available in the Catalog beta environment. These updates will be available in production environments on the date indicated by the release notes.

Users can use the Bulk Purchase and Enrollment feature to purchase or claim (in the case of free listings) multiple seats within one listing. Previously, the user who purchased a listing was also the one who was enrolled.
This update allows a user to purchase or claim multiple seats in a specific listing and then distribute those seats. Additionally, purchasers can apply promotion codes to a Bulk Purchase order.
Purchasers can then send students an invitation email which will enable them to enroll in the listing for free.
Two new email types have been introduced–one that is sent to the purchaser and the one that is sent to the students when they are invited. Both email types are customizable by admins.
Analytics have been modified. A student is now listed as “Purchaser.” The number of seats purchased by a user is also listed. Additionally, the Catalog API contains the data of which student has enrolled via which bulk purchase or enrollment
