Broken Image in 'Congratulations, you earned a badge!' Email

Hallo All!

We're new to Badgr and recently created an issuer/badge (super straightforward and easy).

Today, we issued our first badge. The recipient received their 'Congratulations, you earned a badge!' email. The image for the badge works and is visible. However, the image for the issuer is broken (theoretically it's supposed to be our logo). See attached screenshot for visual.

When we try to open the broken image in a new tab, we see the following 404 message...

404. That’s an error. The requested URL /proxy/EIP2fB2B22etJ_XJJYWdShkdsxX0QcoGs1cqXk-x1yortZltZZnxz58BH1StbmJkFJ15_l5Ebcuqq06SMZqynUvsWf7661TkAxa0csGnhF0zcKxilmE=s0-d-e1-ft was not found on this server. That’s all we know.

Is there someone from Badgr/Canvas/Instructure that can help us resolve this issue?

RESOLVED — The issuer logo cannot be an SVG file. When I changed it to a PNG, it displayed in the email.
