Ability to Create Info Boxes in Code

Hello all,

I am rather new to coding, but I had an interesting suggestion from a faculty member. She suggested that, for instance, it would be very helpful if Canvas or I could create an Info button next to the File Upload option indicating that doc, docx, and pdf submissions allow for in-line commenting in the SpeedGrader. I can immediately see how I could leave helpful hints throughout Canvas for my faculty if this were possible. Is there a way to do this through code? Or should I submit it as a Feature Idea?
