Access Canvas LMS Rest API from PeopleSoft Integration Broker

Hello,
I'm trying to access https://canvas.mdanderson.org/api/v1/ REST API from PeopleSoft (via integration broker), but got the following error messages:
Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158,10721)
HttpTargetConnector:ExternalSystemContactException Untrusted Server Certificate Chain
IOException: The host couldn't be resolved.
We exported 3 SSL certificates from https://canvas.mdanderson.org/api/v1/ and imported to our integration gateway keystore, following the attached Oracle document, but still got the same error messages.
I wonder if anyone had similar issues? Appreciate any information and help!
