Add Outcome Event Trigger

When outcomes are added to a course via Find and the Add Outcomes to Course page - is there a Live Event that is triggered by this action, and if so what event is it?

Via Data Services and Configure Data Stream for message type Canvas and application type Data Streaming I subscribed to all events in order to capture the message but was unable to do so without further information or assistance.
