Canvas import stuck on Queued -Blue print courses also do not have the sync option anymore

I am on a self-hosted canvas instance. I am hoping there is at least a database query option here for me. I need to be able to copy content of 1 course to another. Tried initially of making course 1 into a blue-print course, and associated the second course with it.  Sync started, and then message disappeared. Now, I do not see the sync button anymore.  And nothing was synced.

Next, I tried to plain old copy contents from 1st course into the second course --- this is now queued for the past 24 hrs. 

Any help would be appreciated.
