Code for Banner to CSV Import Files for Canvas

We are in the process of testing ILP from Ellucian with our Canvas test environment.  We are going to have our Banner system create the CSV files using the templates required by Canvas as backup files.

I was wondering if anyone with Banner SIS would be willing to share their source code used to create these CSV files?  I have attached the template files that we would like to use.  

Any sharing/suggestions are appreciated.

We've had nothing but troubles with ILP and Ellucian.  We're in the process of researching Banner -> Canvas batch processing just to get things running.  I'd be curious about any update.
