As an LTI provider , we are experiencing an issue since yesterday where random requests from the Canvas LTI (1.1) are not containing necessary information as usual :
lti_version, tool_consumer_info_product_family_code, lti_message_type
could be more?
This is happening RANDOMLY for users trying to connect to LTI. The request doesnt have valid information. And the LTI opens into a new tab/window.
The user will click on the LTI again and it may work or not. Some users do not experience the issue at all.
