LTI Tool for Admin use to modify a theme

Hello,

I am exploring development of an LTI tool that allows admins and instructors to modify the theme of their course by adding custom javascript. I have been able to identify LTI configuration processes that are focused on content delivery through the course links, editor etc, but how can I configure an LTI tools to modify or make changes to the course templates by adding custom JS?

I have not been able to locate any documentation on how to configure admin LTI tools. Any help is greatly appreciated.

@sambiddl, this sounds like an interesting project, though I wonder if it's possible to add custom JavaScript in this way. I hope you get more replies.
