LTI invalid signatures

I have an LTI that is throwing an error. The error is "Invalid signature". The odd part is this is only happening in one course. All other courses I've added the tool to are running fine.
To authenticate, I'm using the ims-blti client for php (IMS Global Developer).
Anyone with some troubleshooting suggestions on why for an individual course the signatures wouldn't match?

After resetting the LTI for a third time, it is now functioning again. The LTI itself must have just not been getting set correctly.
