I'm trying to create an LTI tool which can prevent a quiz from starting unless certain criteria are met (such as having a browser plugin installed). Which API do I need to be looking at? Nothing in the quizzes section is jumping out at me. Everything I am thinking of involves ugly hacks with locking/codes, or updating quiz permissions on the fly.
