So I have a student who when in Zoom is able to use her microphone and camera on her district chromebook, however she indicates that when she is in Canvas Studio attempting to do an assignment to make & submit a video/audio file, that Studio tells her that she needs to enable her microphone and camera on her chromebook for use in Studio. I can't figure out how to help her. I had her submit a tech request to our tech staff but they are overwhelmed (like us all) so I'm not sure how quickly they will be able to help her. I do not work from a chromebook so I do not know if it is settings on her chromebook or settings in Studio that are preventing her from accomplishing her task.
