As administrators, you are the backbone of your organization's operations, and we understand that your time is valuable. That's why we’re excited to introduce a few small but significant Field Admin Console updates. These updates were made July 14, 2023.
While creating a ticket or using the chat, field admins can select the instance in which they are creating a case and if the case requires an escalation to the SIS team.
When a case is submitted, a confirmation page displays the ticket number. Field admin consoles can click the Next button to navigate directly to the case.
Lastly, to more easily navigate to cases for a specific instance, we’ve added a new My Account Instances tab.
We believe these small changes will bring substantial benefits to administrators like you, offering greater control, accuracy, and convenience when submitting cases or engaging with Support.
