[ARCHIVED] Can't find school in Canvas App

I'm unable to find my school in the canvas app and the instructions provided does not work. My school URL is student.emeritus.org.

Can anyone help?

Hi ~ Have you tried typing the entire URL into the space that says "Find My School"? Let the Canvas Community know so we can continue to troubleshoot with you.

This solution does not work for us. When a parent types in the school URL of kwcs.instructure.com only the base URL works and that takes them to a Google login screen. Our parents have a different path than our staff or students so this doesn't work. Our parents access /login/canvas to get in and that doesn't work in the Parent app.

Typing in student.emeritus.org into the search and hitting Go brings me to your log in. It did take about 5 seconds to load.
