[ARCHIVED] Canvas App not working Out of US?

Hello,

I am a student that is using Canvas App in the US. I have to go out of the country for family leave and when I tried doing homework and I get an error code where I am not allowed to access my student account using my MACbook. 

can anyone help?

You may want to talk to your institution's IT department, they may have a list of countries that are blocked from accessing those resources in that particular country. They will need to verify your information to grant you access in that specific country.
