I am trying to figure out where in admin settings I can fix the URL for parent notifications. Parents receive email notifications and when they click the "Click to View" link they get a 403 error, app_not_configured_for_user.
I am guessing it's linking to the SAML link we use for students and staff and not the LDAP link we use for parents.

Yes, you are correct. It seems you have that specific app set-up or configured in a way that it works for students and staff, however parents do not have access to it. I usually see this when schools have their canvas account connected to a specific google workspace domain, and anyone that tries accessing it from outside the organization receives that exact same message. So yes, it's definitely a access configuration for parents that would need to be adjusted.
