When I’m grading a paper on Canvas for iPad (which is great b/c I can use the stylus), I make a comment and when I tap the up arrow to publish it, I get an error message - Whoops - and the paper I was grading closes and I lose any grade I assigned (the comments and highlights stay). Is this a known bug? Anybody know a workaround?

Can you attach a screenshot of what you are seeing? I'm a little lost with the workflow and a visual would be really helpful. Also, you said Canvas for iPad, which is an older app, are you using the Canvas Teacher app?
