IOS APP LOGON TROUBLE

I have set up my parent canvas but I have been unable to logon the parent app. I have tried the qr code and typing info and it still wont let me sign on via the app.
I have even logged in via chrome on my mobile device but its a no go on the actual app...
Does anyone have any suggestions?
