Unfortunately, Peer Reviews aren't a supported feature of the Canvas Student app. I have seen it as a idea conversation several times, but it hasn't been added to the app.

Whenever I assign Peer Reviews to students, I simply include an italicized section of text with the added instructions that the activity needs to be completed through a browser and not the app.
