Trouble logging into the Canvas app on android

Hello! I'm having trouble logging into the canvas app on my phone. On my laptop or phone, when I go into the full website it's fine. But the app isn't recognizing my log in information. I've tried deleting and re downloading the app and asking for a password reset but I haven't gotten an email yet. I've noticed this a few days ago. Anybody have any tips or solutions? Thank you!

Since you are able to login on your computer, you could try using the QR Code Mobile Login method.
