Why won't pictures and icons load when using Canvas app on Android? This has only been a problem for the last 2 weeks

Pictures will not load in Android on the Canvas app. they load on iPhones and on a computer. This is a recent problem. After deleting the app and reinstalling, the problem was solved on the first use, but failed to load again after that. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
