I am unable to log into the app on my iPad it just keeps coming up with unexpected error after I authenticate

Hi @browa 

Have you tried the QR option? How do I view a QR code to log in to the Canvas mobile apps as a student? 

Sometimes that works even when the manual entry process does not. If this continues to be an issue, we highly recommend contacting your local tech support to explore your user account.
