Canvas Parent Release Notes (iOS 3.13)

In Canvas Parent 3.13, observers can view submission content and assignment feedback in the Assignment Details page.

Canvas iOS app version updates are distributed in a phased rollout, which distributes the update to all users enrolled in automatic updates over time. The features in these notes may not immediately be available, but iOS users can manually update the app at any time in the iTunes Store. The Canvas Parent iOS App requires iOS 16.0 or later.

Assignments

Submission Feedback Available

Observers can view submission content and assignment feedback in the Assignment Details page.

 Submission and Rubric Button

In Assignment Details, tap the Submission and Rubric button to view submission content and feedback.

When the Assignment Enhancements feature option is enabled, tap the View Feedback button.

Note: If the Assignment Enhancements feature option is disabled, the View Feedback button is not available, and only the comments will be displayed.

Feedback View

Observers can view all feedback related to the assignment.
