In Canvas Student 6.20, students can view the banner image using a tablet in their Canvas for Elementary course and can manage their email notification preferences in their user settings. Additionally, the share extension workflow for submitting assignments and the workflow for uploading multiple files have been updated.
Canvas Android app version updates are distributed in a phased rollout, which distributes the update to all users over time. The features in these notes may not immediately be available as an update in the Play Store. The Canvas Student Android App requires Android 8.0 or later.
When using a tablet or larger screen, the banner image displays in a Canvas for Elementary course.
In user settings, students can manage their email notification preferences. To manage an email notification preference, tap the name of the email notification preference.
The Share Extension workflow has been updated.
