Confusion over Adding an Assignment as Evidence in Showcase Portfolio

When you add an assignment submission as evidence, there is no place to add a description to the assignment, reflection or anything, whereas when you add a project or other experience, you add all of this? Why is this not available? There is also zero guidance provided for students when adding evidence. The old Portfolium had suggestions on the side of the screen as prompts to support students in the ePortfolio development process. Even in the Evaluation portfolio, there aren't real clear prompts provided, and no area designated for reflection?
