The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

We are receiving multiple reports of users being unable to add content from their previous courses. I've confirmed this with multiple user accounts, and also attempted to recycle the API Token for the Portfolio with no success.
Is there work behind the scenes currently going on that is preventing the assignments from being populated? I've also reported this to support.

We experienced multiple issues and errors recently due to some breaking changes from Canvas, which affected content being added from previous courses.
This should now be resolved thanks to a new release we published yesterday. Please let us know if you continue to see any issues.
