Canvas LMS

New!

What's new?

Teachers can set a quiz so that subsequent attempts only show answers the student answered incorrectly.

Why is it valuable?

Students have the ability to reattempt only the questions which were answered incorrectly in a previous attempt and avoid changing a correctly answered question.

What's new?

A new setting is available at the account and course level, which allows users to restrict the view of quantitative data.

When this setting is enabled, students will no longer see traditional points and percentages. Focus is placed on showing qualitative feedback and the marks defined by the grading scheme.

Why is it valuable?

Institutions and teachers gain more flexibility around how they grade, with new letter-grade-only functionality, which focuses on the grading scheme definitions and qualitative feedback, while removing quantitative data from view.
