In Respondus Lockdown Browser, is there a way to designate specific apps that students are allowed to use during an exam? I am teaching a course in which MATLAB is used, and if we were not forced into an online environment, we would normally have them complete the exam live with MATLAB (with proctoring in person) and upload the results to Canvas.
I also have the same issue but need Mulitsim. Since we can allow websites in Lockdown I'm just unsure of why this capability isn't already there. I have to use Zoom and proctor exams because we need to use other apps (and those only) during exams. This isn't a great proctoring method as they can pretty much do what they want since I can't see their screen.
same issue: i need to use R in class during exam
