I have created a quiz that I inserted a video. I want the students to be able to have the video float as they scroll through the quiz.

Hello @lora_benedetti Welcome to the Canvas Community. Thank you for posting your question. I'm not sure there is any way to have a YouTube video "float" or remain visible on-screen as students take a quiz. Has your school purchased the Canvas Studio product from Instructure, by chance? If so, an alternative might be to create a video quiz within Canvas Studio...so that quiz questions pop up during the video that have to be answered. Here are a few Guides for you that might help:
- How do I use Canvas Studio video quizzing in a course?
- How do I create a Canvas Studio video quiz in a course?
- How do I embed a Canvas Studio video quiz in the Rich Content Editor as an instructor?
- How do I post Canvas Studio video quiz results in the Gradebook?
- How do I view Canvas Studio video quiz results in a course?
- How do I take a Canvas Studio video quiz in a course as a student?
I hope this information will be of some help to you, Lora. Sing out if you have any questions...thanks!
