Cannot Access Canvas on my WIFI

I have been unable to access Canvas on my home wifi, but have been able to access it anywhere else. Wondering what to do... this is all on the same laptop

We have been having an issue seeing the teacher comments on our assignments. Canvas would not help as they forfeit any ability to help but unfortunately when we used a phone off the wifi we were able to view it. This is very cumbersome and disappointing because it is not convenient. If anyone else is having this problem with their "viewing comments" this is likely why. Troubleshoot it by using something not on wifi and see if that works.
