[ARCHIVED] Cannot View Assignments

I am an instructor and am able to download assignment submissions, but cannot view them on Canvas. 

I have checked my browser compatibility:

Chrome 86, MacOS

Incognito mode

Hardware acceleration off

Any other suggestions?

I'm sorry that you're experiencing this! I would be at a loss if I had to download every submission.

Have you explored Speedgrader? I love it, and it allows me to focus on feedback and really expedite my process.What is SpeedGrader? How do I use SpeedGrader? 

If you have, and you are still having issues. What do you see with the Canvas Teacher app? What is the Canvas Teacher app?
