Hello @sray2 and welcome to the Community! A couple of followup questions . . . Are you on a mobile device or a laptop/desktop? Also, if you are on a laptop/desktop have you tried in a couple of different web browsers such as Chrome and Firefox? I know that sometimes browsers make a different and switching to a new one fixes issues.
