Hi, this is a student at SJSU and I'm currently experiencing an issue that the cards in Canvas wouldn't connect me to my classes. It keeps saying empty card whenever I click on it. I missed a class last time because of this. What is more, I couldn't even see my class assignments.

I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties accessing your classes in San José State University's Canvas environment. For questions like this, it would be best to reach out to your school's eCampus department. I found their section of your school's website at: Welcome to eCampus | eCampus (sjsu.edu). There are some ways to contact that department at the bottom of the page. I hope this will help a bit.
