[ARCHIVED] Consortiums: Cannot find instance in 'invite other institutions' list

I have created the consortium CATS Colleges Consortium from within catscanterbury.instructure.com
1. I want to invite catscambridge.instructure.com but cannot find it, or it's full name CATS College Cambridge in the invite other institutions' list.
2. catslondon.instructure.com has been invited to join the CATS Colleges Consortium by catscanterbury.instructure.com.
Bizarrely, although no invite has been received and nothing is shown on the consortium page, catslondon.instructure.com is shown as a contributor to the consortium.
Please can anyone help to solve 1, and shed any light on what could have caused 2? I can't help thinking that they may be linked.
