How do I add university student services global links in Canvas?

If you are a Canvas administrator for your school, you could add custom links to your "Help" menu that is located on the left-hand side global navigation menu.  How do I customize the Canvas Help Menu for an account?

Good morning.  I am not aware of anything in the user interface that would allow you add buttons on the right side of the screen.  There may be ways you can add buttons via global JavaScript files, but that would apply to all courses...not just a specific course.  I am not a coder, so I wouldn't be able to give you any insights on how to iimplement something like this, unfortunately.
