Good morning-
Our principal sent the following instructions to us, but I am having difficulty with how to do this and where to find "advanced options," "scheduling options," and "e-mail reminder." Have a great day! Thank youin advance for your assistance.
~Shauna~
1. Make sure to create one, day-long meeting through Canvas in Webex. When you do that...
2. Make sure to go into advanced options and then go to scheduling options and scroll down to Email Reminder. Click on the drop down arrow and select NONE! Remember this is per course.
3. In each of your Canvas Courses, add Marcie and myself as "Observers". This will allow us to see your canvas course in case parents or students contact us.
4. We added a button on the Poston Webpage to link to Canvas Log in incase people have questions.
Jamie found this document to help parent and students to access Webex Meetings. It's attached to the bottom of the email.

@sllilly Welcome to the Canvas Community!
You'll need to follow up with the principal or office that issued the instructions to your school. Here in the global Canvas Community we're happy to assist with general how-to questions about Canvas, but very few of our members will be familiar with the intricacies of a third-party tool like Webex, nor will they have access to the specific step-by-step process your school is recommending.
