Welcome to the Canvas Community. Thank you for posting your question. This sounds like a browser issue. You'll want to make sure that you are using an up-to-date browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Please check out this Guide for more information: Which browsers does Canvas support? Please note that Internet Explorer is no longer a supported web browser when using Canvas. If you are already using Chrome or Firefox, give the other browser a try. If that still does not work, then you'll want to reach out to Canvas Support to see if they can provide some additional support for you:
