Deleting old class templates

Hello,

When I go to import a class into my Canvas page I get a list of previous classes.

Some of these are old and unused formats and I would like to delete the from the database.

How would this be accomplished?

Hi Mike,

By default teachers do have access to delete their own courses.  You can this by going to the course, clicking the Settings link and then find the Delete This Course link on the right side of the page.  If you don't see this option it's possible that your Canvas admins have removed that ability for teachers to do so.  At my school for instance we don't allow teachers to delete courses because of retention policy, and to try and remove the accidental deletions of active courses.
