[ARCHIVED] Didn't find course on dashboard after being added as an observer

Hi all,

My instructor said he added me as an observer to the class by using my NetID, but I can't see the course icon on dashboard. Can you help me with that?

Hi  -

When you go to Courses and then All Courses, does that course appear in the list? You may need to add it to your favorites for it to appear on your dashboard. If it's not listed, I would reach out to your local Canvas Support and ask for assistance. (How do I sign up for a Canvas account?‌)

If it's not on your list, I think your school's Canvas Support will be your best next step.
