[ARCHIVED] Duplicate modules in the shell

Is there a phone number to call Canvas directly for help? I have duplicate contents in my shell and my new module is not showing up in the shell. Any help or suggestions? I really want to speak, over the phone, with someone from Canvas.

Hello  @kahlar ...

Typically, a Canvas Support phone number is unique to your school...if your school has a paid Canvas account.  I was able to search your school's website, and I found this page: ELAC - Canvas Training & Support.  You might try using the phone number listed on that page to contact Canvas Technical Support.
