Examoft Import and Gradebook

Hi I am using Examsoft (Examplify) for testing and importing grades into Canvas. I am importing the grades as percentages, since it is 2 points higher than the raw score (out of 98 points).   When I import, it does not average but just adds two grades together. The Gradebook is set up to weigh the test scores. What am I doing wrong?  I could put grades in manually as points, but want to avoid this. Any other suggestions?

I'm sorry you haven't gotten a response yet.  Have you been able to find a solution for this?

If you're importing a CSV it should be overriding the grades in the Canvas Gradebook.  Are you doing something differently?
